Breakfast was scheduled for fixed times, which made it a bit difficult for us as we usually prefer a more flexible dining schedule.

the breakfast had fixed times, making it quite inconvenient for someone like me. not to mention, when I arrived, I expected a special welcome gift after I heard so many good things, but nada. just couldn’t let it go! good luck to charles on his retirement, I suppose, but I expected more!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. The friendly staff helped me explore local attractions on my first stay. Highly recommend relaxing with a morning coffee on the porch! I'm returning next year.

We had an excellent breakfast every morning,, the grilled peaches on one day with nutmeg and cinnamon, just divine! Plus, the unique carrot museum was quirky, I actually found it quite entertaining.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I think it was reasonable for what we received.

My partner and i had an amazing stay at armistead cottage bed & breakfast! Charles prepared the most delicious breakfasts, and the warm atmosphere. We especially loved the comfortable room and personal touches from charles. It exceeded our expectations during our visit.

The hospitality from Charles and Romana was exceptional. they made us feel like old friends from the moment we arrived. The central location made it easy to explore local attractions, though it was a bit challenging to deal with the low shower water pressure and limited bathroom counter space. A few more amenities in the room would enhance the comfort during the stay.

Staying at Armistead Cottage was a fantastic family getaway! Charles and Romana made us feel right at home, providing cozy accommodations and meals that left us energized every morning. The fun atmosphere made it great for bonding, especially with new breakfast pals each day.

My wife thinks a few more kid-friendly activities would make it even better.

From the moment we arrived, we loved the cozy living room and enjoyed snacks and drinks available 24/7. The beautiful garden made for a lovely spot to unwind, especially with a cup of tea. The only thing I noticed was the bathroom could use a little more counter space, but it didn't take away from our great experience! 🌸
